Breaking Bad, Dumb and Dumber, and Other Options for Chris Davis’ Annapolis Visit

img_0318Chris Davis grabbed some off-day attention with his sartorial selection for the Orioles‘ visit with Gov. Larry Hogan in Annapolis.

Was it a home run or a strikeout? Have a look and decide for yourself.

Here are five other options Davis could have gone with to showcase his orange pride:

1. The Dumb and Dumber

2. The Breaking Bad

This one’s probably a bit too casual for the occasion. Plus, it sends a bit of a criminal message. However, the ensemble could open the door for a memorable exchange with the governor … “Say my name.”

3. The Full-On Plaid

Why go part way orange plaid when you can go all-the-way orange plaid like this guy?

4. Maryland My Maryland

Orioles pride is big right now; so is Maryland pride. Surely the governor would appreciate seeing the state flag flown so boldly.

5. The Bruce Pearl

College hoops coach Bruce Pearl used to wear an orange blazer for rivalry games when he was coaching at Tennessee. With Pearl having moved on since those days, Davis could probably snag this orange number on the cheap.
